CLASS PAYMENT and REFUND POLICY
          • Payment is due at the time of registration
          • Payment guarantees enrollment in a class
          • Your spot in a class is reserved once paid
          • Refunds are given up to one week prior to a class
          • You may transfer your registration fee to another class if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the class start date/time.
          • If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will contact you prior to class and all class fees will be refunded

    Summer Little Squirts, Ages 2 -3

    This class fosters creativity for youth 2 to 3 years old. Classes will experience art, movement, and storytelling in a fun atmosphere. A caregiver must be present unless discussed with instructor.

    Clay Intensive: Wheel Thrown Forms

    Thursdays, June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

    Time: 6 - 8 pm

    Cost: $100

    If you are ready to move on to the next level in throwing, or just want to hone your wheel technique, Monika will demonstrate the methods and processes you need to move ahead. This series will focus on more difficult forms. If you have a beginning foundation in wheel throwing, this is the series for you. Class is limited to 5 participants to guarantee unlimited wheel time. Cost includes clay, glaze materials and firing.

    Young artists will enjoy this engaging class that will have them painting, sculpting, and drawing. Students will use creativity and imagination to express their thoughts, ideas, and reactions. This class is designed to foster the uninhibited quality of this age group.

    Stained Glass Basics

    Thursdays, June 14th, 21st, 28th

    Time: 6 - 8 pm

    Come learn the thousand-year-old art of stained glass. Stained glass is the art of fitting pieces of colored glass together to create images and patterns. Using molten metal, glass, and many hand tools, you will learn stained glass techniques from start to finish. Participants will take home a free-hanging stained glass piece.     Exhibition Extravaganza, Ages 8-12

    Students will collaborate to create their own art exhibit that will culminate with an opening reception from 4:30-5:30 on Friday, June 29. Each student will create a painting, a sculpture, an artist statement and title cards. The class will work together on a theme, title, poster, and one group project as they learn to curate their own art show.

    Stacy's assistants work for tips so if you like your experience please tip accordingly

    Come to the Art Center for a fun evening of wine, painting and social time.  Make it a girls night, a date night, or connect with a family member.  Solo? Come meet new friends!  No talent or experience necessary, just come ready to paint!  Instructor Stacy Wells and assistants will guide you step-by step.  You will be amazed at your very own work of art. Your $35 dollar fee includes 2 glasses of wine, light appetizers and all painting supplies.  If you feel you need more to release your creative side feel free to BYOB or even bring your own food.

    Have you always wanted to try painting with oils? This class makes oil painting accessible by breaking down the process into basic steps. The class will cover basic painting concepts including color mixing. Noelle will guide students through exercises that will familiarize them with the medium. By the end of the class, students will have a better understanding of oil painting and feel confident using oil paints on their own.

    Dancer’s Workshop Creative Summer Arts Camp

    This is a week not to be missed as students explore creativity and movement with the Dancer’s Workshop. A final production will take place at Riverfest Art and Music in the Park on Saturday, August 11th. The theme for this year is “Let’s Join the Circus”. Students should wear comfortable clothes and bring water and lunch.
